Embedded Systems include innovations like Smart Systems that act autonomously by combining sensing, actuators and processing. The latest Embedded Systems can incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) – these systems are called EdgeAI or AIoT.
The Innovate UK Business Connect Enabling Technologies team supports innovators, business leaders, CTOs, engineers and system developers who are working on Smart Systems, SSI, AIoT, EdgeAI and microprocessors.
A key part of our work is to enable innovators to source, understand and utilise available technologies. We also help innovators discover and access funding, and to network and create collaborations to fast track ideas and opportunities.
If you’re involved in the management and implementation of AI based solutions – from developers to CTOs, watch our Implementing AI Webinar Series here.
It brought together technology suppliers and technology users, from both academia and industry, to work towards an understanding of the latest developments in the field, and to identify current and future opportunities.
